Live coverage: Northumberland County Council sets 2013 budget

Northumberland County council will seek an additional 2.5 per cent from taxpayers Wednesday as part of its proposed $96 million budget for 2013.
The increase will mean residents will pay $45 million to run this level of government. It is complex and many issues face the county.
