Four Toronto area youth are charged for allegedly stealing multiple times from a Cobourg business. Police say on June 10, officers responded to a report of shoplifting at a business in the area of Albert and Third Streets.
Canada Day festivities in Grafton will kick off with a parade on Sunday June 28.
The Town of Cobourg is hosting a special council meeting today to consider new development charges as part of a federal-provincial program.
