Northumberland County farmers are facing significant headwinds during the growing season, with many of the issues beyond their control.
The Ganaraska Region Conservation Authority says water levels on Lake Ontario have stabilized but will remain above average for the next several weeks.
Construction on King Street West in Cobourg has begun. Work in the area of Cobourg Creek Bridge, Ontario, and William Streets is expected for six months.
