The largely empty Northumberland Mall is being proposed as a place to house the homeless. Chris Amos has called for a state of emergency to be declared on homelessness, with a massive expansion of facilities.
Chance Brown returned to complain of harsh treatment in the county’s overnight warming room. He admitted he’d been ejected from the warming room before, his biggest issue being his inability to sleep.
