Four people are facing drug charges following a major raid early Thursday morning. Officers from Cobourg, Port Hope, and Belleville executed a search warrant on a home in the area of Division and Swayne Street in Cobourg, allegedly seizing 25 grams of fentanyl and 78 grams of cocaine.
The Municipality of Port Hope and Ontario Power Generation have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to support the next phases of the development of the Wesleyville Nuclear site.
Cobourg Director of Public Works Laurie Wills admitted, at Wednesday’s meeting of council’s Public Works Planning and Development Committee, that this has been a challenging winter.
