Cobourg Police are warning the public over the misuse of over-the-counter medications, following two recent drug poisonings involving two youth.
That St. George’s Men’s Friday Breakfast Team is at it again – having raised about $3,000 for Transition House with a fundraising breakfast last month, they hope to repeat that success July 24 with a fundraising breakfast for the Haldimand Community Memorial Arena rebuild.
An anonymous donation of nearly $52,000 will help the Northumberland Hills Hospital Foundation purchase five new cardiac monitors, with the goal of acquiring 38 monitors in the coming months.
