After being evicted and looking at the prospect of not having a new location, Coventry Relief Kitchen in Colborne has potentially found a new home.
The soup kitchen, which offers home-cooked meals to those in need twice a week, is on the verge of signing a lease with the local Anglican Church, possibly to open in September.
Johanna Hill and her daughter, Amanda, have, for the past two years, not only cooked meals for the needy but also provided a safe place for the community to socialize.
With a move closer to downtown, the pair believes their services will reach more people.
