A group of seniors volunteered to become the film crew for a horror movie called The Rug. Sounds crazy. It is not. In fact, it is the subject of a documentary film called Silver Screamers. And it is part of an event taking place on June 8 at the Best Western in Cobourg.
This is all part of a day for older adults interested in aging gracefully. In addition to the documentary, there will be panels on hot topics and more. It includes lunch and afternoon activities at the YMCA.
