Port Hope mayor looks back on budget and other issues as council prepares for 2022

Despite the pandemic, it was a busy year for the Port Hope council. Mayor Bob Sanderson is quick to outline the various challenges and successes. He points to plans for a  new senior centre. Then, there is the ongoing remediation project chugging along. But, there were also some hurdles. A council member was subject to an investigation by the integrity commissioner. And the town is trying to tackle economic development, plus affordable housing. Here is Mayor Bob Sanderson.
