The United Way Northumberland is in the home stretch in meeting its 2026 fundraising goal.
The organization, focused on programs to address poverty, build stronger communities, and promote healthier children, is seeking to raise $800,000 by the end of March.
Coming off a successful Christmas campaign that raised more than $100,000, Alicia Vandine, Executive Director of the United Way Northumberland, says over $700,000 has been raised so far.
The agency will be launching its online sweets auction soon as part of its Valentine’s Day fundraiser.
