A long-time member of Cobourg Legion Branch 133 was recently honoured with a lifetime membership to the organization for her tireless contributions.
Jennifer Robison is chair of the annual Poppy Campaign and Remembrance Day service. She is the head of the veteran’s banner program showcased downtown. Her countless hours of volunteer cooking, bartending, and on the Legion Executive are some of the ways Robison gives back.
Robison grew up with the Legion as a huge part of her life, as her father and mother were heavily involved and in leadership roles. Her grandfather was a veteran.
She says she gets great joy in giving back to the community.
