This week the series of interviews with the mayoral candidates running for office across Northumberland County continues. I will not be interviewing deputy mayor or council candidates. This interview is with Lucas Cleveland, candidate for mayor in Cobourg. If you listen carefully, you will learn that one reason he is running is to ensure there was a race for the mayor’s job. But that is not all. Cleveland will address affordable housing, homelessness, taxes, and the mayor’s position on the county council. He will outline what he calls a different vision for the town.
