Community activist writes two great blogs on this fountain/rink (frink) issue. One gives some insight into the meeting that happened last Thursday and made the Saturday Globe and Mail (page 8). I have responded to broader concerns. This is growing into a major democratic crisis. Without any credibility or trust, Cobourg council is struggling for legitimacy. The acutal frink is no longer as important as how council will react Monday.
