HASTINGS – Kira Mees hopes to follow in her father’s footsteps and win a fall election. Bob Crate did it last year when he was voted in as the councillor for Hastings in Trent Hills. Ms. Mees has set her sights on a higher prize: MPP for the riding of Northumberland-Quinte West.
