Ben Burd, on his blog, has posted a video of an exchange between a delegation from the Cobourg Horticultural Club and council where Councillor Bill MacDonald loses his cool when addressing two very nice ladies who like gardening.
He accuses them of being rude and sarcastic. You watch and see if it is true.
